History
Founded in 2000 in an effort to serve as “unconsultants” working with courageous senior leaders seeking big changes in their organizations, Moementum, Inc. has steadily grown since it’s inception. We work with clients all over the world, with a special affinity for those in our neighborhood or at least the magnificent Pacific Northwest. Principals Moe Carrick and Jim Morris partner with a diverse talent pool of associates around the world.

To leave the world a better place when we go by enabling brave leaders to make a positive impact through their work by unleashing the power and capacity of their people.
WHAT WE DO
Through diligent assessment and provocative questioning, we grow leaders who seek to leave a legacy and are humble enough to know they can’t do it alone. The tools of our trade include: learning, facilitation, assessment, design, coaching, planning, communication and adventure.

Without joy, life is lived in black and white. We believe in Technicolor. Seeking out those things that make our hearts sing and make others smile lightens the daily grind.
