The Juggler's Dilemma

Do you feel squeezed by the multiple roles you juggle at work, at home and in your community? Do you feel guilty, embarassed, or ashamed when a ball gets dropped? Do you ever worry that "having it all" comes at too high of a price?

Media, business and the digital community today sends many messages to us women about how to "do it all," but many of us still alternate between pride, gratitude and excitement about contributing as business owners, mothers, influencers, partners and friends AND feel the nagging shame that no matter how hard we try, one role or another always suffers, leaving us feeling inadequate.

Join us for a fun, interactive, highly experiential weekend to explore the power of The Daring Way™ and learn to feel that you are simply ENOUGH.

Is the Juggler's Dilemma for me?

This 2-day intensive weekend workshop is designed for women ready to break free of perfection and to live honestly, authentically, and with courage with managing the many complex roles they hold. The world has big problems and you are part of the solution. Use your superpowers for good, and try on being enough.

The combination of Brené Brown’s impactful, research-based model and curriculum, The Daring Way™, with Moe Carrick’s engaging, warm, and provocative style will ensure that you take with you practical skills to apply as you change the world (through your professional and personal life)!

How will I learn to juggle?

  • Explore how the pursuit of perfection drives women to hustle rather than strive and thrive.
  • Understand the role shame plays in triggering behavior that hurts rather than helps.
  • Learn essential tools for developing a courage practice, utilizing vulnerability as strength.
  • Study 10 guideposts for wholeheartedness in building resilience.
  • Generate connection, compassion and abundant courage in showing up as your authentic self.
  • Take the time to re-set, renew and connect with supportive women to examine how you can have the impact you want.
  • Internalize the mantra, "I am enough, even when I mess up."
  • Share creative reflection and heartfelt, honest conversations about what it means to have it all as women, and how to feel "enough" in all that you do.
  • Savor private time to explore the forces that keep you from being vulnerable when it really counts, and to activate the kind of connections that matter.

The world needs us (women), but the web of expectations we place upon ourselves can trap us and quiet our important contributions. Come discover The Daring Way™ and learn to feel that you are ENOUGH.
